UPSC mains syllabus me static polity ke parts jaise articles, executive, parliament, judiciary, constitutional bodies etc cover toh kiye gaye hai par exam me inse static questions bahut hi kam puche jate hai jaise, What is finance commission?, Explain the role of Vice President etc. Main exam me question contemporary problems ko bhi question me add karte hai jaise, challenges faced by Election commission, Evolution of any fundamental right etc.  Isiliye pre exam ke liye facts of static & current polity, jyada matter karte hai wahin main exam me matter karti hai analytical approach.
